mmmmmmm fabric (say that like Homer Simpson)

ohh thanks for getting the word out! You euros love your nice fabrics!

Oh, man. Wish I had more $ & the machine was working.

Top 3 memories re: Liberty fabric

1) when Liberty was finally available in the States & mother made me great blouse....wore it to various interviews, elsewhere. With jeans or skirts. Everyone, everyone asked me: what is that, it's beautiful. Distracted them & they hired or asked me out (one at same time. No, I turned him down, if you ask)

2) digging in the remnants section in the London store...bringing back treasures for people-who-care

3) wear my grandfather's Liberty scarf from WWII London...

...& now off to continue writing about that.

ciao from DC

xoxo

Oh, geez. First it is the most divine soapmaking lady EVER having a sale for a soap I NEED (if you ever need to die for soap, look up Dreamseeds), and now this. And I have not a bean to spend. Torture!!!

Liberty fabrics are legendary! So beautiful and colourful!

Love liberty fabric . It reminds me when I was a little girl and I was wearing Cacharel clothes ..I love them

Happy New Year! Happiness and success in 2011.
